About Me

I've always dreamed of becoming a mother, and my husband and I were blessed with twins! However, my journey as a doula began even before I became a mom. It began when I had discovered that there were many mamas who weren't getting the support they needed during their birth. The indoctrination of maternal care had become to where we fear pregnancy and birth rather then embrace it! As a doula I strive to encourage my clients to advocate for themselves, their little ones and also encourage their support to do so as well. Ultimately my goal is to build a confidence within the birth community, that will help change the perspective of pregnancy and labor back to its roots.
