Prenatal Classes
On-line or In-person
I strive to educate and empower Mamas whether this is your first or multiple births. I want you to have the knowledge and resources to make informed decisions and be able to advocate for yourself during your labor. Fear is the number one hindrance that impacts birth, and I hope these classes will eliminate that fear and give you understanding and information for YOUR birth.
Lactation 101
On-line or In-person
I am a Certified Lactation and Support Educator. My Lactation 101 class will give you the education and resources on how to breastfeed, and bottle feed. As well as multiple pumping techniques.
Also, when would be the best time to go and seek counseling from an IBCLC.
In-Person Support
10 month support
With my in-person support, we will have 4 prenatal classes. First Trimester, Second Trimester, Third Trimester and Lactation 101. As well as continuous support via text or email, and a BUNCH of local resources. As well as being there to support you whether you choose a Home Birth, Birth Center Birth or Hospital Birth. I will be there after birth to make sure Mama and baby have a successful first latch, or find an alternative to feed baby.
