I'm Sarah Kyle, a mom of twins and an Army veteran. I became a doula to support mothers who seek knowledge and want to advocate for their needs and desires during pregnancy, labor, and lactation. My goal is to guide you through your journey as an expectant mother, reminding you that every birth experience is unique and valid. Regardless of the outcome, you have given birth and are a mother.
